Exchange & Return Policy

At Murshid Farm Industries, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that there may be instances where you need to exchange or return a product. Our Exchange and Return Policy is designed to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible.

Eligibility for Exchange:

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Used products are not eligible for exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

Used products may be returned if they are defective or damaged within time frame.

Time Frame:

All exchange or return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Process for Exchange or Return:

Initiating a Request:

Please fill out the Exchange and Return Form to initiate an exchange or return request.

Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange or return, and any relevant photos if the product is defective or damaged.

Approval and Instructions:

Once your request is approved, our Customer Support team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address.

For defective or damaged products, we may request additional information or evidence to process your request.

To facilitate a smooth and hassle-free exchange or return process, we offer the following options:

1. Returning to a Local Dealer:

If you have a local Murshid Farm Industries dealer in your area, please return your product to them for a quick exchange or refund. Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Our dealers are equipped to handle your request efficiently and will assist you with any concerns.

2. Shipping the Product to Us:

If there is no authorized dealer available in your area, you can return the product directly to us via a trackable shipping method. Please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support team at or call/WhatsApp +923214755613 to initiate the return process and receive further instructions.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or other items that were originally included.

Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Support team.

Refunds and Exchanges:


Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.


If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new product to you once we/our dealer receive and inspect the original product.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for the new product.

Non-Returnable Items:

Customized Products:

Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Final Sale Items:

Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
